Installation
- Proposed Date : 23rd April 1999
- Venue : GIS, Bukit Kiara
- Particulars/Comments : This is basically the first upcoming project of the this term. The main objective of this occasion is to install all newly confirmed members and to install the new board of directors and main board members. The agenda features team games where co-operation and teamwork will be built, speeches by the Rotarians of Bangsar with whom we liase, the incoming president and outgoing president, Mrs G- our teacher-in-charge and entertaining performances. A major event which is often one of the highlights of each Interact year.
Interact Clubs of Bangsar Forum
- Proposed Date : Unconfirmed
- Venue : Garden International School, Kuala Lumpur
- Particulars/Comments : This is basically our version of a miniscule IU involving the Interact Clubs sponsored by the Rotary Club of Bangsar. Due to the limited number of clubs participating, we anticipate larger groups of representatives from each school. It will include ice-breaking sessions and each club giving a review of what they have achieved so far. It is planned that the forum will be conducted by members of the Rotary Club. As a note, it will be compulsory for all G.I.S. Interact members to attend this event. Preparation for this occasion will begin after the Installation.
Fun camp
- Proposed Date : Sometime in late June. The date of this event still remains unconfirmed.
- Venue : Unconfirmed
- Particulars/Comments : Although it still remains tentative as to whether this event will be held or not, this fun camp is basically designed to build co-operation, closeness, team building and fellowship among the Interactors. It is planned that this be held after the June exams as a fun event for the Interactors but as said above, still remains tentative.
Charity home visiting
- Proposed Date : Sometime in late June. The date of this event still remains unconfirmed
- Venue : Orphanages and Old Folks homes
- Particulars/Comments : This is basically our traditional but immensely important philantrophy work event. As its namesake, during this event, the Interactors will be visiting numerous old folks homes and orphanages, meeting and socialising with the people there while also conducting a service for them. This could include painting a fence or cutting the grass and so on. Preparation for the entertainment the Interactors will provided for the people they visit will commence soon after the Installation Day. Although the date remains unconfirmed, this event is confirmed and will be conducted. It will be compulsory for all Interact members to attend this event.
